Skinorae was founded by Salmeen, a Toronto based licensed esthetician with a BSc in Chemistry, an MSc in Nanotechnology, and certifications in Gut Health Nutrition and Ayurvedic Nutrition. Her approach is built on pattern recognition: connecting modern gut science with Ayurvedic wisdom to find the internal root driving your acne, not just treating what shows up on the surface.

What is Skinorae's cancellation policy for the Root Cause Consultation?

The Root Cause Consultation is a 60-minute session. We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, as that time has been reserved exclusively for you.

What is the refund policy for the Agniome™ Program?

The 4-week Agniome™ Program comes with a 7-day trial period. If you decide within the first 7 days that the program is not right for you, you can walk away and you will receive a full refund — no questions asked

Does submitting an application mean I am accepted into the program?

Not automatically. We review every application personally to make sure Skinorae is genuinely the right fit for where you are in your skin health journey. If we believe we can help you, we will reach out to discuss next steps. If we feel another approach would serve you better, we will let you know honestly.
