About Skinorae

Skinorae is a virtual integrative acne clinic offering root cause assessments and personalized wellness programs combining clinical esthetics, gut health nutrition, and Ayurvedic practice. Skinorae is operated by Salmeen, a licensed esthetician based in Ontario, Canada.

The information provided on skinorae.com, through our Acne Analysis quiz, and within our programs is for educational and wellness purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine, particularly if you are currently on prescription medication.

Services

Skinorae offers the following services:

• Root Cause Consultation — a 60-minute virtual assessment ($350 CAD)

• The 4-Week Agniome™ Program — a personalized integrative acne protocol ($1,800 CAD)

Acceptance into any service is at Skinorae's discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment.

Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Payment is due at the time of booking or as outlined in your client agreement. The 4-Week Agniome™ Program is available in two installments: the first is due upon enrollment and the second is due at the midpoint of the program, as specified in your client agreement. Both installments are required in full unless a refund is requested within the 7-day refund window. Skinorae reserves the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For the Root Cause Consultation, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

For the 4-Week Agniome™ Program, a 7-day refund period applies from the date of purchase. If you decide within the first 7 days that the program is not the right fit, you may request a full refund. After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued and the full program investment is owed in its entirety. By continuing past 7 days, you are committing to completing the program.

Intellectual Property

All content on skinorae.com — including the Agniome™ method, written content, branding, and program materials — is the intellectual property of Skinorae. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Skinorae is not liable for any outcomes related to the use of information provided through our website, quiz, or programs. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that skin health outcomes depend on a range of personal factors outside of Skinorae's control.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to These Terms

Skinorae reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
